DENTAL COUNCIL OF JAMAICA ​

Recently trained Graduates, being Dentists and Dental Auxiliaries who have successfully completed their tertiary level training in dentistry but were unsuccessful in the ADEX/CDCA examinations are reminded that if they are working or planning to work as a Dentist or Dental Auxiliary they must seek temporary registration from the Dental Council of Jamaica. Under the Dental Act, it is illegal to practise dentistry without a licence and/or Practicing Certificate and under such situation; the employee (Dentist or Dental Auxiliary) as well as the employer (Dental Firm/Company) would be equally liable under the law.
